The Orbbec MS200k is an advanced, low-cost dToF 2D LiDAR sensor from the MS200 series. It features a precise optical scanning system and high-frequency laser pulse technology, enabling fast and accurate 360° distance measurement within a 12-meter range (on 90% reflectivity surfaces). A key upgrade from the MS200 is the shift to a 905nm laser wavelength and significantly improved waterproofing, achieved through an optimized base mount, side waterproof stickers, and sealed top screw holes. This robust, miniaturized sensor is ideal for navigation and obstacle avoidance in cleaning and service robots, ROS-based education, area security, 3D scanning, and spatial awareness applications across diverse environments.
